Entrepreneur | HR Professional | Professor | Trial Subject Matter Expert | Published Author | Speaker | Leadership & Human Development Advocate

With nearly 35 years of experience in human resources, executive leadership, and business management, and nearly two decades as a college professor, Nadia Ardebili has dedicated her career to educating, empowering, and developing people.

As the founder of SolaraEQ, Inc., Nadia brings together her lifelong passion for education, leadership, and human development with a deeply held belief that personal and professional growth are inseparably connected.

Throughout her career, Nadia has witnessed firsthand how the skills we develop professionally, including communication, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, confidence, conflict resolution, and leadership, extend far beyond the workplace. These same skills shape our personal relationships, influence our decisions, and impact how we navigate life’s challenges. Equally important, the beliefs, behaviors, and experiences we carry in our personal lives inevitably influence how we show up professionally.

This powerful intersection inspired Nadia to create SolaraEQ, Inc., a space where personal and professional development come together to foster greater self-awareness, meaningful growth, stronger relationships, and lasting transformation.

Nadia is also the founder and president of California HR Services and Nationwide HR Services, Inc., a successful seven-figure international human resources consulting and outsourcing firm supporting organizations across California, the United States and beyond. Her extensive experience spans startups, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries.

In addition to her entrepreneurial accomplishments, Nadia has spent nearly two decades as a professor at MiraCosta College, teaching human resources management and delivering professional development programs to businesses. She is also an accomplished trainer, keynote speaker, and published author who has developed and facilitated educational programs covering leadership, management, communication, conflict resolution, workplace relationships, and organizational effectiveness.

Nadia is also a published author, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise in human resources, leadership, and best business practices while weaving her signature HR with a HeaRt™ philosophy throughout her work. More than a philosophy, HR with a HeaRt™ reflects her belief that effective leadership and sound business practices should always be grounded in empathy, compassion, integrity, and genuine respect for people. This people-first approach is woven into everything she does, from teaching and training to advising business leaders, managing employees, developing workplace cultures, and helping individuals and organizations thrive.

In addition to her speaking engagements, Nadia is an active advocate for small businesses, serving as a lobbyist to champion initiatives that matter most to small business owners. She is also a familiar voice in the media, having been interviewed by various news outlets and podcasts to address emerging issues and advocate for small business rights.

Nadia’s expertise extends to the legal arena, where she serves as a subject matter expert in trials, offering her insights in court cases related to human resources and employment matters. Her dedication to supporting businesses and her breadth of knowledge make her a sought-after resource in the HR community.

Her commitment to education and workforce development extends into community leadership, including service on the Board of the San Diego Employer Advisory Council and the Southwestern College School of Business Leadership Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, with minors in Business Administration and Marketing.

Drawing on decades of experience building businesses, developing leaders, educating professionals, and navigating the complexities of human relationships, Nadia founded SolaraEQ to extend her passion for development beyond traditional workplace training.

Through collaboration with experienced coaches, educators, trainers, and subject matter experts, her vision is to create engaging, practical, and meaningful learning experiences that help individuals and organizations look deeper, challenge limiting patterns, strengthen essential life skills, and discover new possibilities for growth.

At the heart of Nadia’s philosophy is a simple belief: Meaningful growth begins within, and the tools we develop have the power to transform how we live, work, lead, and connect with others.

Because who we are matters in every room, every relationship, and every aspect of our lives.
